Kristensen Properties has entered into a partnership with the Danish pension fund, AkademikerPension, and established the real estate fund K Partners Living. The fund focuses on investments in townhouses in selected Danish growth areas, a housing segment for which there is a growing demand across generations and life stages.
The first townhouse projects have acquired with takeover in Q1 2026, and further investments will be made during 2026.
