The fund is owned by the Danish pension fund Sampension and Kristensen Properties.
The current property portfolio consists of a total of tree properties located in Teknikerbyen, Virum, with a total area of 21,384 sqm.
K Partners V is managed by a dedicated team at Kristensen Properties – responsible for handling the entire portfolio’s value chain: From construction management, leasing, rent collection and maintenance to reporting to authorities, management and owners.
