K Partners VII was established in 2021 with the purpose of investing in Danish office properties located in carefully selected cities/areas, based on criteria such as positive demographic development and a strategically good (logistical) location. Further, the selected properties should have a development potential.
The investment strategy for K Partners VII is based on Kristensen Properties’ extensive experience in property investment, financing, and asset management – combined with thorough analyses of market conditions, geographical areas, demographic trends, economic development, asset types, and tenant demand for modern and flexible office premises.
The current property portfolio comprises three properties located in the towns of Holte and Kongens Lyngby (Zealand), and in Aalborg (Jutland).
